Commission a Work
Every piece begins with a conversation.
TJ Savino accepts commissions for private collectors, residential gardens, hospitality venues, institutional settings, and public installations. Past commissioned works include the Shoaling Chandelier at Petrossian Caviar Boutique in New York and the Sevruga Sturgeon at the Inn at Little Washington: both permanent installations built to the specific demands of their environments.
Scale, material, and approach are determined by the site, the client, and the intention of the work. A commission can be as intimate as a single figure for a private collection or as ambitious as a large-scale public installation. What stays constant is the process: every piece is built by hand from reclaimed and repurposed material, and every piece is designed to stop whoever encounters it.

How it works:
Every commission begins with an initial consultation to understand the site, the vision, and the scope. From there TJ develops a concept and proposal including timeline and pricing. Once approved, fabrication begins. Installation is coordinated based on the scale and location of the work.
Timelines vary depending on complexity and scale. Reach out early, good work takes time and the calendar fills.
